Freeport Community Development Agency
The Freeport Community Development Agency (FCDA) administers the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding which comes to the village through the Nassau County Consortium and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Mayor serves as Chairman to the FCDA Board of Directors.

Location
The agency is located in Village Hall, 46 N. Ocean Avenue, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

- Public facilities and infrastructure
- Public service projects
- Residential rehabilitation
- Special economic development
