It's Spring Freeport and now that the winter chill is finally relenting, many folks in our community are tending to their lawns, planting perennials and replacing trees lost due to Sandy. Here is a code you should know to inform you of the Villages guidelines for planting and maintaining trees and shrubbery in our Village.
