On June 22nd, 2013, Freeport's award winning 1916 Model 31 Steam Pumper "JUMBO" participated in the Great Neck Antique Show and Muster.
Continuing down the path of excellence, as every member of our fire department always does, JUMBO won the following awards:
1. BEST STEAMER
2. MOST AUSPICIOUS ORIGINAL APPARATUS
3. OVERALL BEST OF THE SHOW
Congratulations to JUMBO and the FFD for keeping up with our steam pumper and keeping it as pristine as their record of excellence.
